Great stress relief for the office.It's probably worth noting this suction cup is very picky about what surface it will adhere to, which is why I'm knocking one star. Cleaning off the surfaces and wetting the suction cup, I only had the one smooth end table around here that maintains a strong grip, my desks were too textured for it (it would stick for a minute or two, but quickly separate), and other surfaces would risk pulling off their press board coverings.I had a moment of confusion looking for the pump needle when unpacking it, which is hidden inside the pump's handle.Since it's stuck to an end table, I've been kicking this instead of punching it, and it works great for this purpose. Don't need to worry about bruising or scraping skin, either, assuming you're already wearing shoes.Update: Learned a neat trick that I thought some people might like to know. If you put a layer of petroleum jelly onto the suction cup after the normal cleaning, it maintains a much stronger grip when applied to a surface. 4Great idea, ineffective baseI love the idea of the punching bag. I bought it as a gift for one of my colleagues that frequently gets riled up. A couple of other colleagues have one and theirs stay suctioned to the desks just fine. Unfortunately, this one does not and it's frustrating. No matter what we've done, we can't get it to stick. Now it's just sitting sideways, useless. Excellent for the price! 5Used with a clientI have a client with explosive anger disorder and I purchased this as a way for this individual to direct their frustration at an object. It held sold on a flat surface but did not hold when they tried to put it on a flat wall or something that had an issue with keeping it flat. If there was a way to attach to a wall or mount on a door, so it doesn't cause damage, would have worked better for this person. The bag is sturdy and was very hopeful. As long as the surface is flat the suction holds great. 4So far so goodI have 3 boys and they are loving this. We have 1 boy who really wanted a punching bag, but our rental doesn't allow for us to anchor a heavy-duty bag from the ceiling. Our 8, 10, and 11 year old boys give this bag all they've got (punching) and it has been able to stay stuck right in place on a counter, and again on a coffee table, without having any issue. But unluckily the item arrived with a small defect that avoided the ball to be fully inflated. I contacted CozyBomB and they (Becca) responded real quick. They offered to send a replacement without questions and placed a new order for me. Becca was keeping track of the new shipment to make sure that I received the item without problems. The punching ball is well fabricated and the materials look strong. It's been half a month since I purchased and inflated this ball and it still feel hard when we punch it. Everyone who see the ball in my friend's desk can't help themselves and have to throw a punch or two. I highly recommend both, the product and the customer service. 5
