Description

Peace of Vinyasa is a 45 minute yoga journey that tours the beautiful Hawaiian island of Oahu. Intended for all levels of yoga, Lilly instructs a hatha flow practice that can be broken down into two sections. The first part is approximately 30 minutes and includes sun salutations as well as strengthening and balancing standing postures. The second part is a 15 minute restorative practice that consists of seated and reclined poses.
